Police in Colorado Springs arrested a man Sunday night after he allegedly lost control of his vehicle in a parking lot, crashing into a business and hitting two people.
Joshua Lee Roybal, 23, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular assault after the crash near On The Boulevard, a bar on the 2800 block of North Murray Boulevard, police said.
The crash happened about 7:30 p.m., police said.
One of those allegedly struck by Roybal was injured in the crash.
