Two motorcycle crashes took place Sunday on Larimer County Road 38E, according to officials.
One man suffered serious injuries after crashing near LCR 38E and Westridge Drive, said Colorado State Patrol Trooper Heather Cobler. The westbound wreck happened around 11 a.m. and closed the road for about an hour.
The unidentified man was taken to Medical Center of the Rockies. Colorado State Patrol is still investigating the crash.
A second crash reported at 2:22 p.m.took place at LCR 38E and LCR 27. When police arrived, a motorcycle was found through a fence, but nobody was on scene, Cobler said.
Police have not made contact with the driver and are still investigating.
Officials said traffic was not affected.
