Be proud, Coloradans! Golden-brewed Coors is the most popular brand ordered by Denver users of the Drizly smartphone app.

Reception to the alcohol-delivery service, which launched in Denver in July, making deliveries from Argonaut Wine and Liquor, has been “overwhelming,” the company said.

On Friday, Drizly added a second retailer, Bonnie Brae Wine and Liquor, and announced expansion into several south Denver neighborhoods, including University Park, University Hills, University of Denver, Platt Park, Rosendale, South Pearl, Wellshire, Cherry Hills Village, Hampden/South Hampden, Hilltop and Glendale.

Drizly doesn’t charge a markup, only a $5 delivery fee, which is paid to the retailer. The company makes money by charging the retailer a monthly fee. As part of the expansion, Drizly is offering free delivery on a customer’s next order. Just use the code “DENVEREXPANDS.”

Coors wasn’t the only Colorado company to make Drizly’s list of most popular brands delivered in Denver. The top 10 are Coors, Great Divide, New Belgium, Barefoot, Angry Orchard, Absolut, Coors Light, Andre, Odell and Dry Dock Brewing.
