Adams County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a woman who is believed to have been kidnapped in a domestic violence incident.
Adams County deputies were dispatched at 10 a.m. Friday to the 1000 block of West Erie Street after a report of a kidnapping in progress.
Stephany Bauderer, a 5-foot, 5-inch white woman with blonde hair and green eyes, was reportedly forced into a 1995 gold Ford Explorer with Colorado dealer license plate 845-GWO.
Authorities report they are searching for Timothy James Montoya, a 5-foot, 9-inch white male with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Adams County reports Montoya is believed to have a firearm.
Anyone with information about the location of either Montoya or Bauderer is asked to call 911 immediately.
