BOULDER — University of Colorado Chancellor Phil DiStefano in his annual “State of the Campus” speech urged all members of the campus to get involved in an effort to improve CU’s social climate.

DiStefano explained what the university has been doing administratively to tackle social climate issues but said that won’t be enough.
