Chief Keef says he’s been dropped by Interscope.
You can now add getting dropped from Interscope Records to the list of things Chief Keef don’t like. The Chicago star sent a vague after another user alluded to Keef being released from the label.
Chief Keef’s short career has been filled with legal troubles. The “drill rap” breakout star and his affiliates have been accused () of a number of charges. There was the ill-fated with Pitchfork Magazine that landed him in jail for two months, and the legal fights with the mother of his child.
Not even cosigns from rap superstars like Kanye West who lauded the single, “I Don’t Like” and 50 Cent could save the misbehaving youngster. He continually picked fights on social media with rivals and pop stars and brandished a braggadocios attitude toward falling in line. His record sales tanked though the album received mixed reviews before he delivered an impressive performance on Westap “Yeezus” album (“Hold My Liquor”.)
that Chief Keef and Interscope couldn’t come together on a plan for his sophomore album. The report says the record label began disaccociating itself from the embattled rapper as more issues arose.
