The Commerce City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing child.
Michael Smith, 11, left his home in the 11300 block of River Run Place at around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. He was reported missing at about 7 p.m., police said.
Smith is described as a white male, 5-foot-1, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and grey striped hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans, and did not have shoes on. Police said Smith also suffers from Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).
The circumstances of Michael Smith’s disappearance are not considered suspicious, police said. Anyone with information is requested to call the Commerce City Police Department or 911.
