Castle Rock is seeking the public’s input on what qualities its next town manager should have, with to gather suggestions.
With 14-year town manager Mark Stevens leaving in April, Castle Rock has started a nationwide search for a replacement. It is contracting with Waters & Co. Executive Recruitment to lead the search.
The survey on the new town manager qualifications will be available through Nov. 13.
Recruitment is expected to begin late this year, with interviews expected in February.
