A pedestrian was struck by a car Wednesday afternoon at East 26th Avenue and Quebec Street, Denver police said on their Twitter feed.
The injured person suffered serious injuries, and was transported to an area hospital, according to the report.
Quebec was closed to traffic at 26th Avenue.
