DENVER, CO - SEPTEMBER 9: Frontier employees and executives physically pull a 46-ton Airbus A320 out of the Frontier Airlines hanger at Denver International Airport in Denver. The plane reveals the new paint scheme of the Frontier logo reverting to the stylized "F" to look like that from the logo first introduced in 1978. The iconic animals on the plane's tale will stay and will be featured more prominently extending from the tale to the aft fuselage of the aircraft. (Kathryn Scott Osler/The Denver Post)

Re: “Denver fires back at Frontier’s plans to cut jobs, flights at DIA,” Nov. 21 news story.

I continue to read with great amusement Frontier Airline’s whiny stories about why they are faring so poorly at DIA. Funny they haven’t acknowledged their deplorable customer service and the most confusing and sneaky price structure ever implemented.

I recently flew Frontier for the first time on a business trip. I could provide a litany of the problems I experienced and, in fact, I e-mailed them a list. They could not have cared less. I will never fly Frontier again and have friends who have chosen other airlines because of my bad experience.

Excuses, excuses, excuses.
