PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a woman who was fatally shot in a Pueblo home.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports (http://bit.ly/1BbsMlm ) deputies who were called to the home Thursday night found 18-year-old Diana Daughtry unconscious in a bedroom. She died Friday morning.
The shooting was reported by the woman’s 40-year-old boyfriend and roommate, who told the 911 dispatcher he shot her while she was attacking him with a weapon. The man was treated for injuries at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
