1 Pedestrian confronted by gun-wielding driver. A red Toyota Tacoma screeched around a corner and hit an estimated speed of 65 mph on Nov. 14 at Wadsworth Boulevard and 58th Avenue, Arvada. The driver honked at a man crossing the street, flipped him off then pointed a handgun at the pedestrian, who said he could “see down the barrel.” The driver had on sunglasses, sported a beard and could not be located.

2 Dazed and confused driver. A disoriented man who did not know who he was or where he lived stumbled into a 7-Eleven at 6490 Ward Road in Arvada on Nov. 13 after wrecking his Mini-Cooper. No drugs or alcohol were found in his system, but he did receive four summons.

3 Man quits job, fights, gets arrested. A woman argued with her boyfriend Nov. 15 in the 11300 block of West 60th Avenue in Arvada after he quit his job at McDonald’s. He was arrested for pushing her down stairs, grabbing her cellphone when she tried to call 911, and verbal harassment.

4 Cheater confronted. A cheating boyfriend confronted by his girlfriend at Woody’s Tavern, 7995 Sheridan Blvd., Arvada, chased the woman into a bathroom and assaulted her after she grabbed his cellphone Nov. 17. The boyfriend was arrested for domestic violence.

5 Pipe thief arrested. Loss prevention confronted a man who walked out of the Home Depot at 5215 Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada on Nov. 17 with various metal fittings stuffed in his pockets. Police found $170 worth of property on the man, who was arrested on felony warrant out of Denver.
