Outdoor concerts feel foreign in these waning days of 2014, but Lana Del Rey’s somber, edgy pop music still has sunlight on its mind. “Endless Summer,” Rey’s biggest headlining tour to date, will bust out the sunscreen and wide-brimmed hats next year with a May 12 concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, with opener Courtney Love.
