4) Not So Silent Night — Dec. 5, 1stBank Center
The Not So Silent Night concert has become an annual holiday tradition in Colorado. But it has almost nothing to do with any specific holiday (other than the fact that it’s in December) and more to do with stacking a lineup of emerging or hugely popular bands in one venue for a night. This year brings radio friendly acts Cage the Elephant, Fitz & the Tantrums, Vance Joy, Half Moon Run and Denver’s own Modern Suspects to the 1stBank Center. Occasionally, these NSSN concerts end up as a good predictor of who will be major pop acts in the coming year. Remember when fun. played about six months before the band broke and was headlining multiple nights at Red Rocks?
