The Galvanize space can hold up to 70 tech companies., Denver’s hot office spot for tech collaboration, is adding a Seattle location, co-founder Jim Deters said Monday.

The company recently signed a lease for office space in Pioneer Square, near. The new location will have a soft opening during first quarter of 2015.

“We’re not done recruiting the Seattle team yet,” Deters said, adding that this will be a pretty quick turnaround from finding the location to opening. “This building is already beautiful.”

Galvanize, which opened just two years ago, has become home to many companies and start-ups. The company, which also has a , also plans the grand opening of its San Francisco location next month. A second Denver space, at 1644 Platte Street, is slated to open in March.
