Blurry details at bar. Golden Police went to Blue Canyon Grill, 1224 Washington Ave., on Nov. 28 on a report that a man hit a woman. Police were unable to confirm enough details to arrest the man, but noted that though the woman insisted she was accidently hit by the bathroom door, that was unlikely as the door opened away from the wall where she was found unconscious.

Man misinformed. A man called Golden police Dec. 1 saying he had reason to believe the FBI gave his credit report negative marks because 18 years ago, he “ratted out” his ex-wife to her friends that she was an FBI informant. Police called FBI representatives who said they had no record concerning him or his ex-wife.

Pink-sleeved suspect. A woman told Golden police she was assaulted after leaving the Buffalo Rose Saloon, 1119 Washington Ave., on Nov. 29. The only thing she remembers is that the arm of the person who hit her wore a pink sleeve. She suspected one of two women at the bar who may have been mad that their male friend bought her a drink.

Cars egged. A resident of the 200 block of Allen St., Golden, reported that his car had been egged sometime between Nov. 26-27. Officers advised he park in his garage and he said he would try but that his wife is not a very good driver.

Nails and dog pics. A resident of the 25700 block of Colorado 74, Kittredge. told Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies she found nails under her car tires in her driveway and suspected her ex-boyfriend, who had been texting her photos of his dog.
