Adams County will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday regarding the planned replacement of three bridges in the county and the subsequent road closures the work will cause.
The meeting is scheduled at the Waymire Building at Adams County Regional Park, 9755 Henderson Road in Brighton.
The three bridges are approaching the end of their natural lifespan and are scheduled for replacement in the coming weeks.
The roads that will be closed to all but local traffic are:
• Colorado Boulevard between East 144th Ave. and East 156th Ave. (road closed Feb. 13-15);
• East 136th Ave. between U.S. 85 and Sable Boulevard (road closed approximately 45 days beginning Jan. 19);
• East 144th Avenue between Sable Boulevard and Buckley Road (road closed approximately 45 days beginning Jan. 19).
