Garth Brooks will visit Denver for the first time in 18 years when he plays two shows at the Pepsi Center March 20-21 as part of his 2015 world tour with fellow country star Trisha Yearwood. Expect tracks from Brooks’ latest studio album, “Man Against Machine” (released in November), and plenty of radio hits. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 16. ($57 for all seats, )
Jay Leno doesn’t tour regularly, but between scattered national dates and weekend runs in Vegas, the former host of NBC’s “Tonight Show” will swing through Beaver Creek’s Vilar Performing Arts Center for a Feb. 25 headlining set — one the Center has been pursuing for awhile. At $225 per seat, tickets aren’t cheap. But given the location, this is what you’d call a “captive audience.” Passes are on sale. ()

Colorado’s own Big Head Todd and the Monsters will bring some serious musical firepower to its next headlining gig at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in the form of singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams, who’s no stranger to the venue herself. Fans of Christian punk and ska can relive the genres’ ’90s heyday when Denver’s Five Iron Frenzy is joined by MxPx and the A-OK’s at the Gothic Theatre on March 13. Tickets for the 16-and-up show are on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 9. ($19.99, )
Israeli trance duo Infected Mushroom is pumping up its trippy stage show a notch (or five) with its latest “Animatronica” tour, which features a “flame-throwing, steam-blasting, eye-popping, self-standing mechanical steampunk-themed mushroom.” Your guess is as good as ours, dear readers. Tickets for the tour’s April 11 concert at the Ogden Theatre are on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 9. ($20-$28, )
