The 11th annual Big Thunder Draft Horse Show is Jan. 16-18 and will showcase draft hitches from the U.S. and Canada including Clydesdales, Shires, Belgians and Percherons. Showtimes are 6:30 p.m. Jan. 16 and 2 p.m. Jan. 17-18. Guests are invited to walk through the barns and see the horses before and after each show. There’s also the popular Stick Horse Rodeo for kids and a free Draft Horse University informational session begins at noon Jan. 17. Tickets vary, discounts available.
