LARAMIE — Larry Nance Jr. scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds Saturday, helping Wyoming beat Boise State 65-54 for the Cowboys’ seventh consecutive victory.
Nance also contributed four blocked shots and four assists.

The Pioneers were held to 13 points and 5-of-22 shooting in an ice-cold first half. … Tyler Ulis put No. 1 Kentucky ahead with a 3-pointer deep in double overtime and the Wildcats stayed unbeaten, holding off Texas A&M 70-64. … Darion Atkins scored 14 points, and Malcolm Brogdon and Justin Anderson hit key baskets in the final four minutes as No. 3 Virginia outscored No. 13 Notre Dame 9-3 down the stretch and pulled out a 62-56 victory.

FORT COLLINS — Colorado State started the game with six missed shots and four turnovers, but the Rams recovered with an 18-0 run in the first half on the way to a 62-42 rout of Air Force.
