Denver police are seeking a man who used a counterfeit bill to make a purchase at a Target store on Jan. 8.

The man, who police said has a distinctive tattoo on his left arm, entered the store at 7777 E. Hampden Avenue at about 12:30 p.m. and used the bill to purchase a number of items. He then left the store.
