An offseason full of major decisions will also include several important minor moves along the way. In that regard, the Broncos are expected to sign safety Ross Madison to a future contracts, pending his physical on Wednesday.
Madison, 6-foot, 205 pounds, is a former Toledo standout. He went to camp with the Washington Redskins last summer before landing in the Fall Experimental Football League with the Blacktips, where he starred.
Madison can officially join the roster at the beginning of the 2015 NFL season on March 10. The Broncos previously signed receiver Kyle Williams, Jeremy Kelley, Curtis Marsh and former CSU-Pueblo defensive end Chase Vaughn, in camp last summer before an injury derailed his chances, to their futures list.
