Re: “Crowd of millions, world leaders march solidarity in Paris,” Jan. 12 news story.

The demonstration of solidarity in Paris, led by 44 heads of state and millions of citizens, was an impressive display of global unity against the barbarism being deployed by radical Islamist terrorists in their Jihad against Western civilization. With this realization, perhaps now we can have a united coalition with a strategic plan to combat this evil.

My question is: Where was the supposed leader of the free of the free world, President Obama? Evidently he has no desire to lead the coalition.

At a time when the nation and the world need a leader the most, President Obama refuses to lead.
