Boulder’s Zayo Group continues to expand by acquisition. Today, it announced that it will pay $675 million for , a Douglas County company that has data centers and provides cloud and hosting services in the U.S. and London.
Latisys has eight data centers in five regions — Northern Virginia, Chicago, , Orange County and London. Latisys also has about 1,100 customers who are predominantly medium to large enterprise customers.
