PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Officials at Pueblo’s Memorial Hall say they’re increasing security to be prepared to deal with anyone who tries to disrupt Bill Cosby’s show on Friday.
Global Spectrum operates the venue as well as two where the comedian performed in Ontario, Canada. Hecklers stood up and chanted during Cosby’s final performance there.
Company spokesman Ike Richman told the Pueblo Chieftain (http://bit.ly/1u6FNel ) that staffers at Memorial Hall have gotten feedback from the Canadian staff about how those performances went. He says anyone who attempts to disrupt the show will be asked to leave immediately.
The 77-year-old Cosby is facing sexual assault allegations from more than 15 women, with some dating back decades. He has denied the allegations through his lawyer.
Cosby is also set to perform two shows in Denver Saturday.
