Police in Lakewood are asking for the public’s help in identifying a stabbing victim dropped off at a hospital Tuesday morning whose injuries are so serious he hasn’t been able to speak with investigators.

The victim was admitted to St. Anthony’s West Hospital just before 11 a.m. after being dropped off by an “unknown male,” police said.

“At this time, the Lakewood Police Department does not have any leads as to the location of where the victim was injured,” officials said in a news release. “The victim has life-threatening injuries and is unable to speak to the police.”

Police hope the public can help them identify the victim and the vehicle he arrived at the hospital in.

Anyone with any information on the vehicle, the victim or the stabbing is asked to call police at (303) 987-7111.
