In a small British seaside town, locals were hoping for closure after the murder of young Danny Latimer and the confession of his killer. “Broadchurch” — the engrossing BBC mystery (not to be confused with the lesser Fox remake “Gracepoint”) — returns for a second season with a stunning turn: the accused enters a not-guilty plea.
