Aurora Quest K-8 will be closed Monday after a transformer near the school was damaged in a traffic accident, cutting power to the building.
“Repairs should take place later (Monday), and we expect to hold classes as normal tomorrow,” Aurora Public Schools said in a Tweet.
The closure was announced at about 6:30 a.m.
The school is located at 17315 E. 2nd Ave.
