Nicole Wedel of Colorado Springs has landed her first TV series role, as a voice-over actor on Nickelodeon’s The animated 22-episode series from creator and executive producer C.H. Greenblatt (“Chowder”) premieres Sunday on Nickelodeon (locally at 5:15 p.m.).

Wedel voices the role of Claire, a sweet girl who is always in over her head. The series follows the adventures of an obsessive-compulsive, rule-following kid named Harvey — he irons his bedsheets — who would like to tap into his wild side.
Wedel has done commercials, internet shorts and short films.
