A pickup truck jumped a curb and slammed into the front of a building housing Minturn’s post office on Thursday afternoon, damaging it, officials said.
The collision happened at about 12:30 p.m. when a black Ford Ranger hit the building, according to the Eagle River Fire Protection District.
“The two occupants of the pickup were uninjured and the airbags did not deploy,” the district said. “The driver reported that his foot slipped off the clutch and the vehicle jumped forward.”
