Fort Collins Foodie Walk
The monthly Foodie Walk through historic downtown Fort Collins is on April 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. Food lovers can enjoy presentations and tasting opportunities from local culinary shops while enjoying a free, self-guided walk.
Garden of the Gods’ Earth Day event
Garden of the Gods is hosting an Earth Day Celebration on April 18, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This free event will feature live animals, performances by American Indian Dancers and the Air Force Academy Falconers. or 719-634-6666
Meteor-shower party
Watch the peak of the Lyrids meteor shower at the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument on April 22. Admission to the Visitor Center is $3 per adult and free for children. Be ready to watch the night sky at 8 p.m. or 719-748-3253
Bringing in Springtopia
Winter Park will host Springtopia concerts and events April 25-26, the resort’s closing weekend. Free Wallflowers concert on Saturday and Spring Splash on Sunday. Winter Park’s website also offers discounts on lodging through April 26.
