Denver police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a bicyclist Thursday night then fled the scene.
while walking his bicycle across South Federal Boulevard at West Walsh Place at 9:30 p.m. The fleeing vehicle is described as a dark-colored 2002 to 2004 Ford Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer, police said, and may have moderate damage to the driver’s side corner around the headlight.
