Police in Colorado Springs arrested a man Monday night on an outstanding felony warrant who allegedly took a “shower” in a public restaurant bathroom after trying to trade drugs with a server for food.

Authorities say when they searched the man they found he had “several” identification cards and credit cards that weren’t his.

Luke Thurman, 25, is being held at the El Paso County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail on suspicion of identity theft and imitation controlled substances, officials say.

Police were called out to the Village Inn on the 7300 block of Uryea Drive at about 11 p.m. on reports that Thurman was acting suspicious before his arrest.
