BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) — Two men accused of killing three people in Adams County are due in court in Brighton.

A judge has scheduled a hearing Friday to review the evidence in December’s slayings and decide if Furman Leyba and Gabriel Flores will stand trial.

Flores, the alleged gunman, has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Leyba is charged with felony murder for allegedly joining Flores and helping rob two of the victims and another person of money, firearms, drugs and credit cards.

Three men were found shot to death in a home Dec. 10 after a distraught woman called 911 to report a disturbance.
