Modern psych-rock torchbearers have announced a handful of big-venue U.S. shows in late-summer 2016, including a date at Morrison, Colo.’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The show is set for August 31.

Indie rock goof-ass will support Tame Impala at their inaugural Red Rocks headliner. (The band at the venue in 2010.) So far, Tame Impala has announced a different biggish opener for each city of their mini U.S. tour. While Red Rocks gets DeMarco, Columbia, Md.’s Merriweather Post Pavillion will see M83 as an opener. The Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA will get Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

Tickets to Tame Impala and Mac DeMarco are $45 to $49.95 and go on sale Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. via .
