Denver police is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing bear. The ursine, blue in color, was taken sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Sunday from the miniature golf course at Skyline Park No. 2, 1601 Arapahoe Street.
Officials said someone knocked down a fence at the course to abscond with the animal, a replica of the much larger specimen that peers into the windows of the Colorado Convention Center.
Anyone with information on the theft is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or text 274637 (CRIMES), then title DMCS and enter a message.
