A man who allegedly impersonated a police officer and followed a female motorist in Aurora was charged Tuesday.
The 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office said Antonio Marcus Arbogast, 24, was charged with impersonating a peace officer, harassment, and reckless driving in connection with the May 18 incident.
There was a restraining order placed on Arbogast, prohibiting him from contacting the victim in the case; he will have a preliminary hearing on June 15.
