1 Parking spot meltdown. After seeing that someone parked in his assigned spot outside his home in the 11900 of East Harvard Avenue on May 18, a man became enraged. He opened the unlocked car door, left a note and then decided to pour liquor all over the front seat and interlock system. The car wouldn’t start because of the alcohol, and the spot owner was cited.

2 Honey, I’m not home. A woman asleep in the 70 block of North Oakland Street heard a loud noise at her door May 13. She thought it was her husband, but then she came downstairs and saw that the door frame was broken on the ground. She screamed, and an intruder hiding inside ran by her and out of the house.

3 No consequences. Four teenagers ran out on their dinner bill at Pho 77 at 3113 Peoria St. on May 17, but the owner took down their license plate. She told police she wouldn’t press charges if the kids came back and paid. The grandma of one of the suspects paid the bill.

4 Anonymous co-worker. A man’s cell phone was stolen from his company’s gym locker room in the 3100 block of South Vaughn Way on May 8. The victim described a possible suspect who was there at the time, but he didn’t know the person’s name or which department they worked in

5 Taken from the driveway. A man’s white Mustang was stolen from his driveway in the 12400 block of East Tennessee Circle while he was asleep May 17. There are no suspects.

6 Phone swipe. A woman swimming at Utah Pool at 1800 S. Peoria St. reported that someone stole her cellphone from the pool room May 20. There are no suspects.
