1 Not singing now. A staff member at Alibi’s Bar & Grill, 7983 S. Broadway, Littleton, said that a woman at the bar punched her in the face and pulled out chunks of her hair on May 22 after the employee skipped her friend in the karaoke rotation while the friend was smoking. Police met the suspect at her home where she invoked her Fifth Amendment right.

2 Good question. Police responded to the 2000 block of West Caley Avenue, Littleton, just after 3 a.m. May 27 on reports of a shirtless man standing in the street yelling, “Oh my god, what is happening?” and laughing. Officers subdued the man, believing he was under the influence of drugs. During the arrest he kept letting out “high pitched, maniacal” laughter, police said.

3 Classic weapon. Police investigated a fight between roommates in the 6200 block of Sterne Parkway, Littleton, on May 27 after a woman went to the hospital with a head wound from a rolling pin. She said she confronted her roommate about how little she volunteered, while the other woman claimed the fight was about a bottle of liquor, and she used the rolling pin after getting punched in the face twice. Neither was charged.

4 Walk this way. An employee at the Stevinson Automotive dealership, 5500 South Broadway, Littleton, said he was walking back from his break when a man approached and asked for a cigarette. He said he didn’t smoke and kept walking in the same direction as the man. The man then spun around, said “Why are you coming at me?” and punched the victim in the ear and fled.
