Commerce City police are asking for the public’s help in a robbery and assault that occurred in May.
Officials said that on May 23, a male victim exited the RTD bus in the area of 6300 block of East 72nd Avenue. As he was walking along the sidewalk a dark blue Ford Explorer drove alongside him and four males and a female exited the vehicle and proceeded to assault, rob, and menace him with a knife. All five suspects got back into the Ford Explorer and left the area.
