Police in Denver say a man has died after being shot early Wednesday in the northeast part of the city.
The shooting happened in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to a Denver police tweet posted about 1:30 a.m. The man was critically wounded and died at a hospital, police said about 11:15 a.m.
No arrests were made and no suspect information was readily available, police said. Police have not released the victim’s identity.
Police said further information in the fatal shooting will be released as it becomes available.
