Tuesday The Colorado Music Festival has pushed its own limits this season, presenting a series of “Music Mash-Ups” combining avant-garde rock and mainstream classical. The final concert Tuesday features singer Storm Large performing with the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra. Large, who positions herself somewhere between retro pop and cabaret, is known for appearances with the ensemble Pink Martini. She’s not a lounge singer exactly, but her routine is full of intimate renditions of American standards, including “My Funny Valentine” and “I’ve Got You Under My Skin.” The show is a silky, sentimental send-off for an adventurous 2015 lineup. 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Chautauqua Auditorium, 900 Baseline Road, Boulder. $12-$54. 303-440-7666 or .
