1 Grumpy garage guy. A former employee of the AutoNation Ford dealership, 8252 S. Broadway, Littleton, was ticketed on July 16 for harassment after allegedly threatening his boss during a talk about his poor work performance. The man allegedly cussed out his boss during the meeting July 15 then pantomimed four punches at him, saying, “You know what’s going to happen next time I see you.”

2 Boyfriend accused, cleared. A woman living in the 5600 block of South Elmwood Street, Littleton, told police that her boyfriend held a knife to her cheek July 18 after an argument. The boyfriend, who worked nearby, denied it, saying that she had screamed at him on the front porch for no reason before he entered the apartment. A neighbor supported his story and no charges were filed.

3 Sped up driver. A man was arrested after he crashed his car in the 3300 block of South Galapago Street, Englewood, on July 25. He had an active warrant and cocaine on him.

4 Half break-in. Someone pried open the automatic doors into the foyer of Arapahoe Douglas Mental Health Network, 5500 S. Sycamore St., Littleton, between July 17 and 19. A second, interior set of doors do not lock, but there was no evidence that anything was taken from the pharmacy within.

5 Volvo ransacked. A woman said her garage in the 5500 block of Morning Glory Lane, Littleton, was broken into July 23 and her Volvo was ransacked. Her purse and two credit cards were stolen. Police tracked purchases with her cards and are seeking two men.
