
1 Indecent response. Police were called to the 5600 block of East 64th Avenue, Commerce City, because a man exposed himself to another man during an argument in a parking lot July 30. He was given a ticket.
2 Bus stop bed. A Federal Heights police officer ticketed a homeless man for sleeping on a bus bench in the 1600 block of West 92nd Avenue on July 10. The officer also found and dumped out a half-full can of Steel Reserve that the suspect had next to him.
3 Back alley business. Thornton police responded to a report of a man with his pants down behind a liquor store in the 8600 block of Washington Street on July 17. The suspect was with another man who fled when police arrived. The pant-less man cursed at police and refused to answer their questions, so he was arrested.
4 Chased off burglar. Police were called to the 2300 block of West 92nd Avenue, Federal Heights, because a man saw someone trying to break into his car while it was parked in front of his home July 9. The victim ran after the suspect, but he got away without being identified.
5 Father reports son. A man who lives in the 16400 block of East 96th Way, Commerce City, called police on his son July 28 because he sent him several text messages that included physical threats. Officers could not locate the son.
6 Idling after hours. Sometime after midnight July 20, an officer noticed a car in the parking lot of a park in the 2200 block of Eppinger Boulevard, Thornton. The driver said he was just waiting for a friend. He was cited for being there after curfew.
