Fifty years ago, launched their first concert tour in the United States, and by midsummer “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” landed on Billboard’s charts as the Stones’ first number-one hit in the U.S.

Itap the latest in Chef Paul Reilly’s popular “Musical Chairs” series, which teams each course with a different track of a seminal rock group or album in music history.
The “Gimme Shelter” course is from the surf-and-turf playbook — with a nod to a snail’s shelter in a dish of chorizo cured beef brisket, sea snails, tomato gnocchi and summer herb emulsion.
“Paint it Black” features lemon pepper semifreddo, blackberry meringue, blue corn sponge, puffed rice, and 64 percent dark chocolate.
“Little Red Rooster” is, of course, capon – rooster or cockerel — with pickled plum, cashews, and black rice.
“Salt of the Earth” is salt-roasted beet, guanciale, or Italian cured meat, with horseradish, orange, and fennel.
You can make reservations for seatings available throughout the evening by calling 303.623.3223.
The four-course menu is $56 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $25.
