In the history of album titles, it’s pretty hard to get more patriotic than the upcoming release from Denver’s the Yawpers. “American Man” is as red, white and blue as Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign hat. Oh, and Jack and Marlboros. You get the picture.

With the album due out on Bloodshot Records on Oct. 30, the Yawpers have shared their first single, “Deacon Brodie”. If this first taste is indicative of the rest of “American Man”, be prepared to catch Nate Cook and the boys behind chicken wire in a biker bar.

The Yawpers most recently at the infamous, Rockmount Ranch Wear, as part of the Denver Sounds video recording session in support of the Underground Music Showcase.
