The Brighton Boulevard and 35th Street block — home to — has been acquired by developers looking to build a 300,000-square-foot health-tech facility,

The project is called Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation, and it will be a partnership between developer Koelbel and Co., entrepreneur Mike Biselli and Larry Burgess, whose family owns the 1.5-acre block.

There is no official word yet on the future of Rhinoceropolis and Glob, which are located at 3553 Brighton Blvd.

Rhinoceropolis leaseholder John Gross told Reverb in a text message that he needs to speak to his landlord.

According to city records, the land and improvements are assessed at about $4.2 million. The Urban Cyclist Denver and Happy Leaf Kombucha are also on that block.

The first phase of the Catalyst project is set to begin in mid-2016.
