DOUGLAS COUNTY — State troopers believe distracted driving led to a crash on Interstate 25 that destroyed a Ford and damaged three other vehicles Thursday morning.
The driver of the Ford was northbound on I-25 around 11 a.m. near the Wolfensberger Road exit in Castle Rock when he drove onto the shoulder, hit a Safeway truck, then hit a second vehicle.
Debris from the crash hit a third vehicle.
While debris was throw all over the highway and the Ford had damage from bumper-to-bumper, the Colorado State Patrol said no one was hurt.
