COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Colorado Springs police are investigating after a man was hurt while possibly holding on to a car while skateboarding.
KRDO-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1U8Kg6X ) that officers responded to a traffic accident involving a pedestrian Sunday evening. They believe the victim was holding onto the car.
Police arrested the driver on investigation of driving under the influence of drugs and vehicular assault. The pedestrian was seriously injured, but officials say the injuries are not life threatening.
