DENVER — A woman who stabbed a dancer outside a night club on Thursday in Denver is still on the loose.

Employee TeJae Se’Rae Cannon was stabbed multiple times at PT’s Night Club on West Evans Avenue early Thursday, according to Cannon’s mother.

The suspect is an employee at the night club, the Denver Police Department stated. Cannon’s mother said the suspect also works as a dancer.

Cannon approached the suspect in the parking lot and asked if she knew where the manager was located, police said. Cannon’s mother said the two argued and then the suspect took out a knife and slashed Cannon several times.

Cannon had large cuts on both forearms, her left hand and the right side of her neck, police confirmed. She spent about 24 hours in the hospital, her mother said.

The suspect took off after the stabbing.
